Lazy day cake cookies

I was in the mood for something sweet. Plus something I could take as a thank you to someone. What easier than using a cake mix to make delicious cookies! These are so easy and can be a super cheap and quick dessert. I think the most expensive ingredient was the chocolate chips! Plus who doesn't love a 4 ingredient dessert! Enjoy!

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
5 TBSP melted butter
2 eggs,beaten

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and beat eggs. Then add to cake mix and mix well. It will be sticky. Add chocolate chips. Butter a 9X13 pan and add batter. Like I said before it will be very sticky. Spread evenly in the pan and bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Chilli dog casserole aka heaven in a pan.

As the title suggests I am absolutely positively a chilli dog girl at heart. It has definitely been a Sunday lunch. One because my husband and I both love it. And two because it takes maybe 20 mins to put everything together. Well when I saw that you could do it as a casserole I was so excited. One pan instead of 2! Count me in. Definitely had to try this. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did! We had almost no leftovers!

Chilli dog casserole

1 8ct pack of hot dog buns
1 8ct pack of hot dog
2 cans chilli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

First preheat oven to 350. Then take you pack of hot dog buns and break them into pieces. I broke the bun in half length wise and then broke it into about one inch pieces. Then I laid it in a 9 X 13 pan. Next take out your hot dogs and cut those into bite size pieces. Place on top of hot dog buns. The pour chilli on top of the hot dogs and buns. Then top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until warmed all the way through. Serve and enjoy! Top with whatever you would a chilli dog. And enjoy the easy clean up!

Eat well my friends!!

Crockpot potato soup

Fall is here! Cold weather is fast approaching! By far my favorite time of the year. Because I get to pull out all of my crockpot soup recipes! So be prepared for lots of yummy recipes. I'm back! So first off a couple things, this time I used hash browns that had garlic, onion, and white pepper. Which added such a yummy flavor! It really kicked it up a little bit.

1 30 oz bag of frozen hash browns
3 14 oz cans of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C onion, chopped
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 package cream cheese

Topping
Cheese
Bacon
Green onion

In crockpot combine everything except for the cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add cream cheese 1 hour before serving. Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
